The HALF BOARD price includes:

lunch or dinner with water included, breakfast in the garden , accommodation in a double room on the POOL SIDE or SEA SIDE with balcony and bathroom , shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, fan, TV, telephone, mini fridge for free use by the customer, safe, WIFI - ADSL line dedicated exclusively to WiFi throughout the hotel, including the pool and garden, BIKES available - guaranteed PARKING - heated SWIMMING POOL with WHIRLPOOL - umbrellas, sunbeds. - MINI CLUB in the hotel (fixed periods) - SNACK for children - Occasionally, aperitifs, themed dinners or live music. Free drinks during the day, hot and cold drinks, self service. AGREEMENT with the BEACH and amusement PARKS. Availability of communicating rooms - Possibility of TRANSFER from / to the bus / train station of Cattolica.

  • ALL INCLUSIVE SUPPLEMENT of €15.00 applies per day, per person, for a minimum stay of 3 nights and includes: drinks at dinner (house wine for adults and water for children), 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds on the beach (excluded the first 4 rows).

Information and conditions

  • At the time of booking, a DEPOSIT is required (not required in May and from 9 September) equal to at least 2 days of stay, to be guaranteed with credit card details (for reservations within 7 days of arrival), bank transfer or postal order to : HOTEL LOSANNA Piazza Giardini Unità d' Italia, 3 - 61011 Gabicce Mare (PU).
  • The room is available to the customer from approximately 13.00 on the day of arrival, unless otherwise and more favorable availability, to 10.00 on the day of departure, as is the parking lot.
  • The services begin with the delivery of the room on the day of arrival and include breakfast (from 7.30 to 10.00) on the day of departure. MEALS NOT CONSUMED are not recoverable, nor will they be deducted, if requested, they can be replaced with travel baskets.
  • Many offers cannot be combined and in any case only for stays of at least one week.

Payments accepted:

  • Cash (within the limits established by law - Euro 5,000.00);
  • Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Diners);
  • Bancomat (and Maestro circuit);
  • Checks accepted only on the day of check-in
  • Bank transfers for the balance of the stay to be made on the day of check-in
EARLY DEPARTURE Customers who leave early will be charged for the cost of the room, for at least 3 nights, as required by the legislation on tourism of the Chamber of Commerce of Pesaro and Urbino".
CANCELLATIONS In case of cancellation after 15 days from arrival, at the end of the season, the deposit will be refunded by subtracting the cost of the bank transfer.
From 14 to 7 days before arrival, the deposit will not be returned, but remains available to the customer for a future stay of the same duration, compatibly with the availability of the hotel.
