Restaurant

You enter with a mask, the maitre Antonio will welcome you with the usual sympathy and will assign you the table: you will be served by our waiters with a mask. The number of tables will have decreased, respecting the meter of distance between one and the other.

• In addition to the internal rooms, we will also use the large outdoor spaces that will be set up in order to guarantee the planned spacing
• BREAKFAST : in the garden, in complete freedom: partly buffet style (avoiding crowds), drinks served at the table by the waiter (with mask) and other self-service, always keeping the distance.
• LUNCH and DINNER on request outdoors : for the moment, our amazing themed evening buffets, as well as the dessert buffet (provided in the garden) will be set up only inside the restaurant.
• Each family unit can have lunch and dinner together, respecting the distance from other guests (1 m. Without mask)
• Availability to have your lunches comfortably on the beach under your umbrella, using disposable plates and cutlery

Cleaning and Sanitization

We ensure daily cleaning and sanitation of the premises, contact surfaces, equipment and every device with products indicated by the legislation.

• In the different areas of the hotel you will find sanitizer dispensers available.
• There will be entry and exit routes, all access to all common areas will be regulated according to regional protocols to ensure the safety of all our guests. (mask upon arrival in the common areas, in the corridors, in the restaurant to reach your table ...).
• The rooms will be sanitized : cleaned and disinfected (on request also with ozone € 15).
• The daily cleaning of the room will be carried out by personnel who enter with the mask, clean and disinfect the accessories with disposable wipes, change gloves and all the cleaning accessories when exiting.
• The guest decides whether he prefers to let the maid in, for daily cleaning in the room or to receive clean linen.
• The hall toilets will undergo scheduled cleaning while sanitation will be repeated frequently throughout the day with an atomizer and disinfectant.
• Guarantee of natural air exchange in all rooms for common use and the filters of the ventilation systems will be systematically cleaned and disinfected.
• We recommend that you use a lift only for real needs to go up and to avoid a lift to go down or to people from a different family unit.

Activities and beach

• In addition to the obligation to wear a HEADPHONES and to comply with the regulations, there is a contingent entry into the pool after a thorough cleaning shower, on the whole body, spacing between people 2 m. (with derogation for the same family unit).
•   Solarium area sunbeds spaced m. 1.5.
• Group activities: some group activities , inside the hotel and on the beach, may be suspended. Once the good situation is consolidated, we could go back to music, dance evenings, entertainment ... Guests will be asked to always keep the distance of the metro between them.
• BEACH: each umbrella will have about 20 square meters available , well beyond what is foreseen by the protocols. The entrance to the bathing establishments must take place with the mask (if provided) then everything as everywhere, outdoors: that is, without a mask, respecting the distance of 1 meter , both with the people of the umbrella nearby and in the water!
