Useful information and conditions for your stay!

• At the time of booking, a DEPOSIT equal to 50% of the stay is required, to be guaranteed by credit card or instant bank transfer (for bookings within 7 days of arrival), bank transfer or postal order to: HOTEL LOSANNA Piazza Giardini Unità d' Italia, 3 - 61011 Gabicce Mare (PU).
• The room is available to the guest from approximately 1:00 PM on the day of arrival, unless otherwise and more favorable availability, until 10:00 AM on the day of departure, as is the parking lot.
• Services begin with room availability on the day of arrival and include breakfast (from 7:30 am to 10:00 am) on the day of departure. UNCONSUMED MEALS are non-refundable and will not be deducted. Upon request, packed lunches can be substituted.

Payments accepted

• Cash (within the limits established by law - Euro 5,000.00);
• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Diners); NO American Express
• Bancomat (and Maestro circuit);
• Checks accepted only on the day of check-in;
• Bank transfers to pay the balance of your stay must be made on the day of check-in.

EARLY DEPARTURE Guests who depart early will be charged the cost of the room, for at least 3 nights, as required by the tourism regulations of the Chamber of Commerce of Pesaro and Urbino.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: The standard rate requires payment of 50% of the total stay at the time of booking. If you cancel up to 7 days before arrival, you may change your stay within the current summer for a stay of the same length, subject to hotel room availability. From the 7th day to the day of arrival, the deposit will be retained.

CANCELLATION POLICY NON-REFUNDABLE RATES: The non-refundable rate requires a 50% deposit of the total stay at the time of booking and does not allow changes or cancellations. In the event of cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be retained.
